Yet another reason I love him… August 4, 2008

I consider my husband a genius, he can make anything you ask him to.  An armoir (sp?), a flower arrangement, a dress, or a metal cabinet…he is a master crafter…but this….this is his greatest MASTERPIECE!!

Notice the onion ring (fresh out of the fryer I might add) placed o so nicely on top of his burger dripping with “Sweet Baby Ray’s” BBQ sauce (no seriously that is the BBQ sauce his parents had…haha ) with a piece of cheese neatly placed on the bottom of it all!  And who could forget the fries on the side….SHEER GENIUS!

I love him….and his cheeseburger making ability…:)

Stairway to Heaven… July 7, 2008

This year Raymond and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary…hard to believe that it has been that long, but on the other hand it seems like yesterday…:) 

So he decided to take the day off work and off we went to Cleveland!  He took me to the places that he took me on our “official” first date…:)  And this is one of the places.  It is in the Cleveland Botanical Gardens..it is beautiful.  Although the gardens have changed ALOT, this spot hasn’t.  The last time we were here we actually came down the steps and I don’t know if you can tell but the steps are a little uneven and he reached back and grabbed my hand to help me.  Of course this was the first time he had held my hand so I was over the moon….and a little shocked!  haha  But when we went back we decided we needed a pic of it to put up and I think it turned out great!:)

This is our Stairway to Heaven!  At least Heaven on Earth!:)
